***BREAKING NEWS***Companies now have until 31st March 2019 to renew their PO BOX without being penalised for late renewal. See below for details on how to renew your corporate PO BOX in Abu Dhabi.
Now is the time for Abu Dhabi companies to renew their corporate PO BOX. Abu Dhabi's corporate PO BOX rental system operates annually from 1st January through to 31st December. To keep the PO BOX active, it must be renewed before the end of January each year. Failure to renew on time will incur a late fee of AED500. An extra AED10 per month will be charged for each month thereafter that the renewal fee remains unpaid. Also, Emirates Post Group has the right to suspend/cancel the PO BOX service if the annual subscription is not renewed before 1st March 2019. To avoid unnecessary fines, and possible suspension of service, remember to renew your corporate PO BOX before 31st January 2019.
